Green Bean Soup

Ingredients
6 cups fresh green beans, cut into pieces2 cups diced potatoes1 cup chopped onion1 clove chopped garlic2 cans beef broth 14.5 oz.1 tbl. ground sage
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Drain off any fat. add potatoes, sage, and broth (beef bullion and water may be substituted for canned broth). Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 90 minutes, stirring occassionally. Makes 4 2 cup servings.
