Fat Smash Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can green beans (14 oz)1 can wax beans1 can pinto or red kidney beans1/4 cup e.v.o.o.1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 tsp splenda1 red bell pepper, sliced into rings2 tsp ground oregano1 tsp dried parsley2 tsp ground mustard seed
Directions
Rinse all beans and add them to a medium mixing bowl. Add the sliced red pepper. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together. Add vinegar mixture to the beans and pepper mixture. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes four servings.
