7 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk
-Heat the milk in a sterilized saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 180 degrees. This takes about 10 minutes. Take off heat. Cool the milk down to 110 degrees. While it is cooling down whisk in the 8 oz. of plain yogurt.
Put the milk and yogurt mixture into the tub.
-Add water to your yogurt maker. There should be a water line inside. Fill water to that line.
Place the tub into the yogurt maker.
Turn it on and let it sit for 12 to 14 hours. That is usually how long I let mine go for.
-After your yogurt is done immediately put in the fridge and let cool.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
