Bulgur Bi-Lah-meh

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Allspice 2 cup Bulgur, dry 4 cup Canned Tomatoes 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Beef Bouillon - 1 cube (by LARAREAMY) 1.5 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
Directions
Brown beef with onions and allspice. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer ~20 min until bulgur is tender.
