4 oz Turkey breast meat1 C chopped Broccoli, fresh1 stalk chopped Celery1/3 C Sweet Corn, Fresh1/3 C Cranberries, dried1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp Granulated Sugar1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 TBS Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Put the last 4 ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
Add the rest and toss.
Refrigerate and ENJOY!!

My co-workers were planning a thanksgiving in July, it was called Festivus and each of us brought a dish.
I didn't know what to take and searched spark recipes, i found your recipe. It was easy to make and delish! Perfect for the luncheon. I didn't add the turkey because we had turkey to eat. - 8/8/11
