1.25 cup Oats, Quaker 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.25 cup, ground Walnuts 0.66 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 300 grams Tofu, firm 1.25 cup Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 clove Garlic 5.5 gram(s) Base - Soup Chicken SUPERIOR TOUCH 1 tsp =- 5.5 g (by NSJACEE)

In seperate bowl mix all ingrdients, add browned veggies, mix again, put in a oiled bread mold, cook 350 for 60 minutes, let set fora few minutes unmold, slice and serve
