Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower, chicken broth, leeks and garlic, milk
Saute leeks and garlic in a little butter, add in flour and cook a few minutes. Slowly pour in broth and stir to combine. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Blend to desired consistency with immersion blender. Add milk to taste.
