Mashed Potato and Onion Soup

Ingredients
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup Purple Onion (by SHOPGIRL61) 1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 serving Land O Lakes, Salted Butter, 1 Tbsp 1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) .50 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. in pot on stove, boil cubed potatoes until soft
2. Mash potatoes to desired level of smoothness
3. Add other ingredients
4. Let cook on low/medium setting, stirring occasionally, until ready. (should warm through quickly, so it relies more on your level of readiness and if you want to let the flavors marinate together)
