Ingredients
1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 1.5 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini .6 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp Garlic 2.5 serving 10 baby carrots raw 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes 7 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Chop all the ingredients and add to crock pot. Cook on high for 5-7 hours. You can use 1/2 pint jars as a quick and easy prepped way to have these on hand for whenever you're just needing a quick healthy boost. Add salt if needed, tho it is better to eat without.
