Portabella Fajitas

Ingredients
3 Portabella Mushrooms1 Green Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper1/2 Large Yellow Onion1/2 cup Salsa1 tsp Garlic, diced1/2 cup Reduced-Fat Sour Cream6 La Tortilla Factory, Fat Free Tortillas
Directions
Slice mushrooms, peppers and onions. Sautee peppers and onions in large pan with salsa and garlic until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender. Add crushed red peppers to taste. Serve on tortillas with sour cream.
