Slow Cooker Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Chicken Thigh- baked no skin 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2.0 cup Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cup Peas, frozen 1 serving Gnocchi
Directions
Cut chicken into 3/4 inch pieces
Cook in skillet 5 to 7 minutes until no longer pink
Put all ingredients except gnocchi & peas in crockpot
Cook on low 8 to 10 hours
Increase to high, add gnocchi & peas
Cook about 30 min, until gnocchi & peas are tender
