Quick Chicken Korma

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 medium Zucchini, baby 6 serving Corn: Corn on the Cob, Mini Ears (Green Giant) Extra Sweet Extra Dulces 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 420 gram(s) Sharwood's Korma Cooking Sauce (1/3 of 420g jar) (by WHITEPHOENIX) 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Butter - Ghee (by DOTSLADY)
Directions
Chop up onion and garlic finely. Fry in ghee. Chop up chicken thigh meat and brown. Add chopped vegies of choice, and stir in jar of sauce. Can add ground almonds/coconut at this stage to add extra flavour. Simmer for 20 mins to cook chicken through and tenderise. Serve with Greek yoghurt or sour cream and fresh coriander to garnish, and with/without rice as desired.
