Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts, no skin1 red ripe tomato, chopped1/2 cup of mushrroms sliced1 onion chopped1/2 tsp of basilpepper to seasonpinch of salt
Directions
Bake chicken in oven at 350 F for about 45mins. Season with basil and black pepper before baking. (Bake on a broiling pan)
Turn chicken over half way through cooking time.
In a small pan sautee mushrooms and onion. (Use water instead of oil or butter) Use a pinch of salt to get the juices flowing from the vegtables. Once the chicken is nearly done, add the tomatos to the sautee pan and heat through.
Take chicken from the oven and place on individual plates. Top with the vegtables from the pan.

Serve hot.
