Ingredients
TOPPING:3/4 cup Malt O Meal Hearty Traditions Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tbsp Butter, unsaltedFILLING: 3 cups Apples, fresh sliced 2 cups, whole fresh Cranberries 2/3 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 and 1/2 Tbls. Corn Starch
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
To prepare topping combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
To prepare filling, combine apples, cranberries, 2/3 cup brown sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl; toss well to combine. Spoon mixture into lightly greased pie pan or small cake pan; sprinkle streusel over apple mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bubbly and streusel is browned. Cool at least 1 hour.
