6.4 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni 1 24 oz can Hunt's chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce 16 oz (4 serving) 90/10 Jennie-O Ground Turkey-4oz 1 10 oz bag Mixed Vegetables, Bird's Eye 6 oz Spinach fresh- Dole Baby Spinach 2 clove Garlic 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/4 cup Uslu black olives (Kalamata black olives) 4 oz Asiago Cheese grated1/2 cup kraft 2% mozarella shredded cheese 1/4c (by NANAJO43) 1 heaping Tbs. Tomato Paste 1/2 Cup tap Water3 oz Mushroom Sliced Baby Bella (Around 2 large mushrooms)2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Cook macaroni until aldente. Drain pasta reserving 1/2 Cup cooking liquid. Fry turkey with chopped onion and pressed garlic. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Add in mixed vegetables and spinach, cook until spinach wilts. Add in tomato sauce and tomato paste and reserved cooking liquid. Stir in mushrooms and black olives and cook until hot. Put macaroni into a 9X13 cake pan and stir in the veggie sauce. Mix in the asiago cheese. Top with the mozzarella and bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. Serve immediately.
