No Sugar Added Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits with juice (use plenty of juice to blend easier)1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Directions
Put in a blender and mix until smooth. I often vary this with different yogurt or berries, but I like to use the pineapple because it is sweet and I don't have to add sugar. If it does not have enough liquid to blend, I use nonfat milk.

Sometimes I add Redi Whip Fat Free to the top with a few sprinkles. Kids love it! Don't forget to add the calories. (only 5 per serving for the Fat Free!)
