Spicy Rice and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3 cups of water1/2 cup uncooked rice1 diced potato1 diced onion4 diced celery stalks2 diced carrots1 tbsp lemon juice2 packets chicken bouillonspinach
Directions
Add all ingredients in a pot on low-medium heat. Cook till rice and vegies are tender. Add spices: 1/2 tsp basil, hot chili pepper to taste, 1/6 tsp pepper. Add spinach cut into strips.

You can add other vegies as an option.
