White Chocolate Cranberry Cake

1 cup lour, unbleached all-purpose1 stick butter, unsalted (melted & cooled)2 cup, whole fresh cranberries 1 cup Granulated Sugar 2 oz Ghirardelli Premium Baking Bar - White Chocolate (chopped)2 large egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Pure Almond Extract0.25 tsp NoSalt (original) Sodium-Free Salt
Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease a 9 inch cake pan
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, until well blended
Add whole cranberries and chopped white chocolate
Mix butter, eggs and extract.
Fold liquid into dry ingredients, until all is moistened.
Spread batter into prepared pan (batter will be thick)
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool before cutting
