creamy chicken/turkey wild rice soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1 serving Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice-1 cup 2 serving Chicken boullion cube - 1 cube (by TRESSY67) 1 cup Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat
Directions
1. Sweat vegetables until tender
2. Prepare long grain and wild rice mix according to package directions adding the boullion cubes to the mix.
3. Combine vegetables, turkey, and broth. Heat through
4. Add entire can of evaporated milk and warm through.
