Mock Chicken soup

* Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Vegetable Broth, 2 cup * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Garlic, 1 clove * Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp * Sage, ground, .25 tsp * Rosemary, dried, 0.25 tsp * Thyme, ground, .25 tsp
Chop up the onion Celery and Carrots to small dice
Fry the onion in the olive oil to at least translucent if not carmalized. Add the stock and the Celery and Carrot and the spices. Boil until the celery and carrots are al dente. While it's boiling you can slice the garlic. About a minute before it's done, add the garlic. Make sure to Smell the vapors they are very good for you.
