Ingredients
4 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta) .5 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 4 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops)cooked, braised (chopped)4 tbsp top the tater sour cream .25 cup Milk, 1% 3 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 1/4 C. chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic minced1 serving tarragon, dried 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)3 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms (chopped)1.5 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
Directions
Mix cooked spaghetti with chopped turkey and pork and soup. Place in a 9X13 baking pan.
Saute onions and garlic and mushrooms in a pan sprayed with cooking spray, add in spices and spinach and cook until spinach wilts. Sir into the spaghetti mixture, stir in the top the tater.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
