.25 cup kale, raw 2 cup Spinach, fresh 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g .25 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple .25 cup blueberries, dole frozen blueberries unsweetened unthawed 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1.5 cup Rice Dream Original rice milk 1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
Freeze all ingredients except Rice Milk and protein powder in a Quart size mason Jar. When ready to blend, put all ingredients into blender and add Rice Milk and protein powder (if using) and blend until smooth.
