1 3/4 cup Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 large Egg beaten1/4 cup Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave) 1/2 cup Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice 1/3 cup Canola Oil 1/4 Applesauce Treetop natural unsweetened 1/2 cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground (optional)
In a large mixing bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in the center. In a separate bowl combine egg, agave, orange juice concentrate, and oil. Pour egg mixture all at once into the flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Add Craisins and stir. Grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Divide batter evenly between 12 cups. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from pans.
