Ingredients
1 leek Leeks 1 large Onions, raw 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth, 1 cup 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 336 grams Portabella Mushrooms 2.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 fl oz White Wine
Directions
-Saute onions in butter
-Add Chopped oil, Mushrooms and leeks
-Saute for 20min or until soft
-Add broth and white wine
-Simmer 15 mins
-Blend
