Pumpkin Black Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper3 garlic cloves, minced2 Tbsp oil1.5 tsp oregano1.5-2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder2 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained2.5 cups cooked turkey, chopped16-oz canned pumpkin14.5-oz can diced tomatoes3 cups chicken broth
Directions
1. Saute onions, yellow bell pepper, and garlic in oil for 8 minutes, or until soft

2. Stir in oregano, cumin, chili powder. Cook 1 minute. Transfer to slow cooker.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Cover. Cook on Low 7-8 hours.
