Ingredients
I can goya pinto beans1 can fat-free spicy refried beans1 package taco seasoning1/3 cup water1 1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
Directions
Brown beef in pan until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning, water, and pinto beans. Cook on medium-high until most of liquid absorbed.
Stir in can of refried beans. Mix thoroughly and cook until heated.

Place large scoop of filling in the middle of tortilla. Fold both ends and roll up.
