Ingredients
Can of each:Kidney BeansBlack BeansDiced TomatoesTomato Sauce1 bell pepper2 sweet potatoes1 onion1 T chili poweder1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 1/2 c water
Directions
skin and cube sweet potatoes. drain beans. combine all in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours. May also add some rice to soke up extra liquid. Can also add cubed or crumbled extra firm tofu. Each serving equals 1 cup.
