Oatmeal Banana Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 date Dates 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 2 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free rolled oats
Directions
Blend the bananas and apple in the blender until smooth. Meanwhile mix dry ingredients and any added extras in bowl. Pour in blender ingredients and mix. Form into 20 cookies and bake 350* for 12-15 minutes.
