This recipe was awesome! I added drained chunky salsa and a small can of green chiles in with the meat mixture. Also used ground turkey instead of the beef. Then, topped with sliced tomatoes and black pepper. Yum! - 1/8/13

A new family favorite. I used half of the cheese and it was still just as good. - 1/27/09

My mom used to make this for us when we were kids, and it was just as good then as it is now. I rinse my beef, and use 2% cheese to reduce the fat. Great for a cold day, wonderful comfort food! - 11/23/08

Very good. Put mustard on it when eating it as left over to give it a slightly different taste. - 5/14/08
