Tofu, fried, 12 ozGinger Root, 2.5 tspSesame Oil, 1 tbspSoy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Heat oil over medium high heat in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and tofu. Stir-fry until tofu is lightly golden-brown. Sprinkle soy sauce and continue to stir fry another 5 minutes. Makes 6 2-oz. servings. Serve over jasmine rice with sambal.
