ROASTED TOMATO GARLIC RAITA / TOMATO GARLIC YOGURT DIPPING :

2 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk 2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 1tsp Olive Oil 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Salt 12 cloves Garlic 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Take a small pan; add the oil and sliced garlic and roast till golden. Keep aside.
In the same pan, add the chopped tomatoes and minced garlic and salt and sauté well. And keep aside.
Combine the yogurt with the sauted tomatoes and cumin powder. Mix well.
Garnish with red chilli flakes, sliced garlic and coriander leaves
Serving Size: 4 dipping pots
