High Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup of oatmeal (I used steel cut oats-organic)2 cups of water8 egg whites1 serving vanilla protein powder1 serving (2 tbsp.) ground flaxseed meal1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
Boil water, then add oats. While oats are cooking add egg whites until mixed. Remove from heat and add protein powder, flaxseed and blueberries. Makes 3 servings.
