Ingredients
1 LB. GROUND BEEF2 T BUTTER½ 8 OZ PKG MEDIUM PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH EGG NOODLES2 8 OZ CANS TOMATO SAUCE1 TSP SALT1 TSP SUGAR¼ TSP PEPPER¼ LB SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE¼ C CHOPPED PARSLEY
Directions
Brown meat in butter. Stir in uncooked noodles, tomato sauce, salt, sugar , parsley and pepper. Cook, covered over low heat 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese; heat, covered until cheese melts.
