White Bread for Bread Machine

Ingredients
2 tablespoons (6 teaspoons) white sugar1 cup warm tap water2 1/4 teaspoons (1 package) active dry yeast1/4 cup canola oil3 cups white flour1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place sugar, water and yeast in bread machine pan and leave for 10 minutes to proof.
Then add oil, flour and salt.
Select Basic setting on your bread machine, choose 1.5 lb loaf, and light or dark bread.
Hit start and that's it!
When cycle is finished, allow bread to cool about 5 minutes in machine, then remove bread from pan and wrap in a large dish towel. Allow to continue cooling for about 20minutes, but not too long, or the crust will harden. Then slice and enjoy!
