Easy Creamy Chik'n Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg Shore Lunch Creamy Wild Rice Soup Mix2 cup Milk, 1% 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water1 tbsp Butter, salted .5 cup Yellow Onion, diced .5 cup Crimini Mushrooms, sliced 1 lg stalk, Celery, diced2 Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutletsthymeblack pepper
Directions
Thaw Quorn cutlets and cut into small cubes. Saute in 1 tsp butter until lightly browned then set aside. In same large pot, saute diced onions, celery, and mushrooms in remaining 2 tsp of butter until onions are translucent. Add water and milk and bring to a boil. Whisk in soup mix, add chik'n, and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
