Honey Garlic Chicken from LG Dump Meals Set

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast 1/2 white onion, chopped 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp honey3 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 2 tbsp water
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for for 6-8 hours. Shred with a fork and serve over rice or noodles. (Calculate nutrition info for rice/noodles separately.)
