Caribbean Jerk Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
5.36 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta 1 serving Green Pepper, Fresh, Whole (large) (by STACYM102) 119 gram Bell Pepper Red, fresh (by KINGWYATT) 1 serving Pepper (orange fresh) - 1 @ medium size (by LJDOYLE1) 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2.5 tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (by CHCATX) 1 cup Half and Half Cream .5 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Cook noodles as instructed on box and drain. Meantime, heat oil over medium heat and cook onions and peppers for 3 minutes. Toss chicken in 1.5 tablespoons of jerk seasoning, then add to vegetables and cook for 10 mins or until chicken is done. Add half and half and sour cream. Reduce heat, and simmer to thicken sauce some, bout 5 mins. Add noodles and toss with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
