Super Easy and Quick Meatless Chili

Ingredients
1 can kidney beans (dark for more vitamins)1 can navy beans1 small packet frozen veggies1 can petite diced tomato or 3 freshly cut tomatoes1 packet mild/medium/hot chili seasoningOlive oil (enough to shimmer veggies in~4tbsp)Optional: 1/2 green pepper 1/2 red pepper 1/2 yellow pepper
Directions
Put veggies (including peppers) in deep pot with oil and shimmer until veggies are soft. Add all the rest of the ingredients except the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and cook until you think it is ready (about 5-10').
