1 tsp Onion powder 4 serving Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, All Natural, 1 filet, 4.8 oz. 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 6 cup Progressive Cooking Stock Unsalted Chicken .25 tsp Sage, ground .25 tsp Thyme, ground 1 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) (by BMAKEDA) 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 tbsp Parsley .66 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) 0.187 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Add onion powder, sage, thyme, bay leaves to chicken stock.
3. Add chicken and mushrooms. Let mixture come to a boil for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. While chicken soup is cooking, mix Bisquick and milk for the dumplings.
5. Add dumpling mix to the soup and cook for about 10 minutes.
6. Lower heat, and add a lid. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
