Ingredients
2 cup vegetables - grilled (red pepper, onion, tomatoes, zuchini) (by 2ABETTERLIFE) 1 cup, cubes Eggplant, fresh 1 cup Tomatoe (chopped) (by JJJENNIFER) 30 gram(s) Chilli Sauce - Sweet - Mae Ploy 30g 2 Tbsp 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 clove Garlic 4 serving Shoney's Blackeyed Peas - 4 oz
Directions
all vegetables into pan, fry for 10 min then add chopped tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce salt and pepper simmer for 20 mins
