8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh 120 gram Co-op gold light pizza mozzarella cheese 10 tsp Margarine, soft
Combine ingredients, pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
