Sausage and Cheese Balls

Ingredients
Italian Sausage, pork Sharp Cheddar Cheese Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
Directions
1 lb sausage, room temp
1 (10oz) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2.5-3 cups bisquick mix

After grating cheese, let stand to room temp. Mix sausage and cheese thoroughly. Then add 2.5 to 3 cups of bisquick, usually 3. Bake at 375 for 15minutes.
