1.25 c flour.75 c corn meal.33 c sugar2 tsp baking powder.5 t salt1 c water.25 c canola oil1 lg egg, beaten
mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add water, oil and egg and mix until moistened. pour into 12 muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
