Ingredients
200 gram(s) Chicken breast roasted, no bone or skin 1 unit (USDA data) 1.5 cup Pinto Beans with Jalapenos Ranch Style 1/2C (3.5srvg/can) 127g 3 serving mushroom, portabella raw 1 med (3.9oz - 110g) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 4 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
Directions
Boil what's left of a roasted chicken after dinner. Remove chicken from stock. Put back best pieces of chicken and cook some more. Add 8-10 mini-portobella mushrooms, Chop a cup or so of carrots, add some freshly cooked pinto beans, chop a couple of cups of cabbage. Boil little pasta shells (1 box 8 servings) and add it all together. Makes a large pot of soup probably 10 - 12 Cups
