Apryl's Chicken Soft Tacos

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend (by EROSE1311) 1 serving Onion,Large Yellow Onion Sliced (1/4" thick) per slice (by 19TB61) 2 serving Average Roma Tomato (by RUCGIEB) 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Directions
Brown chicken in skillet with olive oil spray. When Browned, add zucchini, squash, 1/2 onion. When done, chop chicken and serve on warm corn tortilla and top with pico de gallo (using the tomatoes, the other half of the onion and the cilantro) and goat cheese, if desired.
