195 gram(s) Doves Farm GF White Flour 30 gram(s) Infinity Buckwheat Flour 4 tsp Natural Light Brown Muscovado Sugar (by COALBEANER) 80 gram(s) Sukrin white 75 grams Olive Oil 50 grams Baking Powder 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Poppy seed 25 grams Walnuts, chopped 20 grams Pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 200 Celsius.
Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin.
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Add oil and sugar and Sukrin, and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix well.
Add chopped nuts and stir again.
Put mix in tin and even out the top.
Bake for 20 minutes then check.
If browning on top, cover with foil.
Return to oven for approx 40 mins.
Remove from tin and allow to cool for about an hour before trying to slice.
Serve on its own or topped with nut butter.
