1 serving Schwans boneless skinless chicken breast 4 oz 2 cup Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g 1 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) .50 serving Blue Diamond - Almonds Lightly Salted (28 almonds)
Cut or tear up pre-cookied (grilled or sauteed) Chicken. Spray a skillet with Non-Stick 0 Calorie Avocado or Coconut Oil and on medium heat add in your chicken, the veggies and almonds. Toss with wooden or plastic stirrer not to scratch your pan or toss with a flick of the wrist every minute or so not to scorch or over cook your veggies. Serve and Enjoy!
