1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonaise 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated .50 serving Almond Meal, Trader Joe's, 1/4 Cup (30g) (by KRITTERKEEPERS) .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
Mix together, fry with oil or spray until browned on each side
