Warm Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 Potato Red Large1 Cup Green Peas 4 Tbsp. Lite Mayonnaise 2 oz. Parsley
Directions
Score potato and cook in microwave for 5 mins. Remove and cook green peas for 3 mins. While still warm add the lite mayonnaise, parsley and toss. (Add salt, paprika or pepper if desired).
