Black Bean Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla1 Whole Med. Egg1 Egg white2 TBSP Salsa1/4 C Black Beans1/4 C Shredded Cheese
Directions
Scramble the egg and egg white in a frying pan. Once almost cooked, add black beans and continue to cook until eggs are done. Place salsa and cheese on a warmed up tortilla. Top with egg and bean mixture. Wrap it up and enjoy!
